Workflow designer: disable F2 shortcut for start of recording
Commonly, the F2 key is used in Windows to rename something. Out of this habit, I often press the F2 key to rename something in the workflow and then I realize that the recording has started, which is not what I wanted. That's annoying.
Is there a way to disable this shortcut for the recording?
Maybe it's easier for you to click on activity and then click TAB once. This will allow you to enter the custom name quicker, because you don't need to click 'Fn' control if you have.
Don't know where to alter the keys for Recording!

@dusan-perkin You are correct, and F2 is also means rename when you have the "open project" dialog selected
But to "match" the biggest rpa vendor ( UiPath) , F2 when a workflow is open means "delayed" record ...
This is handy if working with menu's or dialogs that requires a pre-click to be shown.
Hi Allan, that probably answers another question of mine, how to deal with context menus and hover-triggered submenus. This means you can press F2 and then open the context menu and then wait for the submenu to appear. Ideally, the recording starts shortly after the submenu has become visible. I will try that...
UPDATE: I tried to catch a submenu entry with the F2 key but ran into an issue. To avoid duplication, please see other thread...
