      Hi all,
      Could you please help me. I have logged in and I get this screen and sitting on it for about 30 mins now.
      Installed the program on 20th Oct 2021.

      System info:
      Win 8.1 pro
      AMD ryzen 5 1600 (6 core)
      8 GB RAM

        Hey, I'm sorry to see you have this issue.
        I've seen this happen a few times when the login to a long time. Then closing and re-opening the robot will fix it. Please let me know if that helped ?
