Hi there, I experience the very same thing with OpenRPA v1.4.36: when the robot (I'm using it offline) is trying to get an image it just crashes. The image is not really small but measures approx 180 x 550 px so I guess this is not the problem.
I looked into the event viewer as described in your post Allan and this is what I found:

The crash also occured with v1.3.61 which was the reason I upgraded to v1.4 hoping it would resolve it.
The computer on which the (offline) robot is running uses Windows 10 Version 21H2 (Build 19044.1826)
Does anybody have a (newer or older) working ntdll.dll file with which I could use to replace the existing file in the SYSTEM32 folder?
